Minni Havas is an illustrator and pattern designer based in Helsinki. Her background in fashion design can be seen in her work, which often have influences from trends and pop culture. She has been represented by Agent Pekka since 2008 and has worked with several international lifestyle brands. Her signature style as an illustrator is very realistic but her textiles are more stylized and abstract. Unexpected colour combinations, nature and art in general inspires her. She loves to see her work come to life in ordinary and tangible objects like t-shirts or tiny stamps. As a designer Minni doesn’t want to set strict boundaries to herself and is always curious to broaden her know-how to new territories. Besides work, she focuses on dance lessons, ceramics and keeping her two kids happy.
